Workshop 1 – Introduction to Facebook and Instagram for Business
Do you have a Facebook account but are not too sure how to connect with your customers? This workshop has been designed for those who know they need to be on social media but aren’t really sure why or how they go about using Facebook and Instagram to promote their brand and connect with their customers.
The workshop will cover the essentials of Facebook, best practice content, Facebook groups and various other functionalities. The Instagram section will cover how to be found, content and stories.
Workshop 2 – Ad Campaign, Ad Set, Ad What?

This workshop will cover the do’s and dont’s of advertising and allow you to create a tailored advertising strategy for your business – straight away!. You will be empowered to jump onto Ads Manager and run some ads for your Facebook page or Instagram account.
Workshop 3 – Social for Events
Are you wanting to raise attendance at your next event? Whether it’s a webinar, a product launch, charity function, networking event or a trade show, social media is a great way to promote the event you’re hosting.
This workshop will show you how to drive attendance, create anticipation across various platforms in terms of your event and how to keep attendee’s engaged (even after they have gone home)!
