Having worked in and run businesses in hospitality Rosemary saw an opportunity to convert her guesthouse accommodation to shared serviced offices in East Maitland, Australia. It is a growing region with many new residents and businesses being established and with an ideal location situated within a few minutes walk of coffee shops, cafes and transport the time was right to make this shift and she hasn’t looked back since.
