Faith has had first hand experience of the potential dangers in a manual handling workplace and has worked in a variety of businesses including textiles and manufacturing. When Faith emigrated to Australia to she began working at a cotton gin and from there her interest in safety and the consequences of safety processes in the workplace grew. While working in human resources in the 2000’s Faith was assisted with WHS claims and compliance and began training at the University of Newcastle. Around 2010 Faith setup Foccale Safety Management and has been helping businesses in Newcastle and beyond ever since.
